Happy Christmas Eve!

It really was so exciting to be able to be all together for Christmas! My side of the family was all there. One of the fun activities for Christmas Eve was taking family photos for Anna Karina and Ryan's Family. Here are some of my favorites...thanks for letting me take them!...so you may be able to tell that I had a difficult time narrowing down...

Oh Christmas Tree...

This year I was super excited to get a REAL Christmas tree. The last 3 years I've used an artificial 3 and a half foot tree that has sat on an end table in our apartment. Since we are in our house now we went for the first time together and picked our tree. It smells SO good and we think it's perfect. We went and picked it out on December 1st (I've enjoyed it every minute) and got it decorated the following day. Here is a before and after picture. I told my dad that he needs to give me lessons on how to make the lights look just right since he is the experienced one but for the first time I don't think it turned out too bad at all.
